G Phi is not a top house, at all. Don't get me wrong, they're great, awesome girls, but they're not a top house in my book or anyone older than a freshman. They've got beauty and parties for sure but they're not heavily involved, they're not good in shows and they're okay at hoco. I'd say upper middle for sure!
