go spring or wait until fall

by: Newbie

I am a freshman and rushed this past year and another freshman I met going through, who was in my group, has a roommate that did not rush, but wants to. She really wants our house specifically. She has come to all of our philanthropy events and is getting to know people. She is nervous about whether to spring rush or wait until fall and be a sophomore. We know she wouldn't be guaranteed a spot in our house when ever she does rush, but do you think it is wise for her to do it in spring as a freshman or wait until fall as a sophomore. I'd love to have her in our house and think she'd be an asset. But she would be an asset whichever house she went to.

My house is in the top six-seven, I would say, so they are selective.

Try spring and if that doesn't work go fall.

Spring is very low key. Take advantage of that hope you find a house to love!

it is 5X harder to get into a House as a sophomore during fall rush. Go spring.
