I love the bottom houses trying to come on here and say Kappa and pi Phi are bottom. Like we get it, you got cut first day... No need to be bitter, KD is a fine house you'll be fine there.

Kappa is still top 6 but piphi is bottom of the middle at best. 8 houses are definitely above them if not 9.

The truth is that Pi Phi's place is whatever we say it is. No matter what they say people won't believe them unless other people say they're good. And I think they're good at least in one class this year.

What you say is true for me except that every year it seems like they get the best girls. The thing they like is that G Phis don't kill themselves to win every event. They just participate for the fun of it. I like to win so my house is better for me, but I do get why the not winning everything is attractive to people.

Now Pi Phi is barely hanging on. I don't know what happened but they do have a lot of mean girls and so they have have a big dropout rate.

It would be telling to know of the bids piphi gave and were accepted, how many were still there to be initiated. I think return rates gives a false positive, as girls don't really know what being in a sorority is all about, but initiation rates give a more complete picture.
What houses can claim they initiated all or a very high percentage of their new members?

It's probably not even a current PiPhi, but some old, dried up woman who got booted from their house for some scandal and is trying to relive her glory days, you know, "before that time".

I only had two houses - AOII and PBP. I loved them both and am very happy in my house.
