since its based on your observation Pi phi- this is based on mine- Kappa had to do a lot of snap bids and Pi phi had terrible return rates: Gphi/XO had the highest return rates followed by theta but for Gamma phi to state at the top they will have to do more than make good grades- win awards etc. Zeta/AXO/KD all had good return rates no snap bids and good grades, involvement etc- this is the most accurate list for our school.

This is the fairest and best rank I have seen. I personally didn't like XO going through rush but they cut me also after first round. I liked Gphi, Theta, AXO, ZTA, KD and had Kappa. PhiMu was really nice but as the week went on, others called to me stronger. Nothing wrong with them at all, and same with the last ones, they just were not my fit.
