So what makes you classify them as such. Forget return rates. PNM don't care about return rates. That want to know the vibe of each house. Why is AOPi/ADPi/DDD rank so low? Just return rate during rush?

PNMs generate the return rates. Return rates are a measure of how many girls accept invitations to return to a house. If all the girls ABC invites come back they have 100%. If only half the girls they invite want to accept, their rate is 50%. Houses that are weaker recruiting houses invite more girls and have more girls reject so their return rates are lower. Like the ones you mentioned. That doesn't mean the girls in the house aren't happy or that PNMs hate them. It just means the percentage of girls that accepted their invitations is not as high.

I'm on Panhellenic and I got to personally see return rates. While I can't disclose them, I will say they do not match up to this ranking whatsoever.
