which houses are known to have the nicest members?

So I'm going to either go COB or wait til next year. By looking at the rankings on here (percentages) and then comparing to these discussions on ranks... it's confusing and contradicting. Which houses are known to have the nicest girls by reputation (non fake)?

Anything on DDD? My friend ended up there and loves it but I don't see anything anywhere about them. I do hear that you can't go wrong in any house though at OSU. Very good to hear that.

DDD and ADPI does tend to have the nicest women, but I don't think either of them will be doing COB
