Yes. I heard their snap bids didn't get turned in on time so people thought they didn't make quota.

Technically, if you snap bid, you didn't actually make quota

Snap bidding is a way to make quota if you come up short after bid matching. As long as you snap up to quota it's considered meeting quota as opposed to having to do COB.
