This is my sister's rankings. She's a legacy with one of her top 4 but likes 2 others a lot and prays they are on her schedule today. After first day, she was so excited and LOVED one in particular. Said she felt that was where she belonged. She has loved the rush experience thus far. She was going into rush begrudingly because she didn't think she was the sorority type and all of her preconceived ideas have been blown away. She is having so much fun and the time of her life. Her Tuesday morning self is so different from her Thursday night self. She is sooooo happy she is rushing. She's not even nervous about today. I am more nervous for her. Her top picks acted like they really liked her too, so I hope it was genuine and she was invited back today.

Chi-O made the bottom because you can only cluster 10 and the first girl she talked with was very awkward in holding a conversation with. The second girl was great. Gotta narrow it down anyway eventually.

Today is the first day of second round. They had to give up their phones before they got their schedules, so I don't know who she was invited back for. Texting with her this morning, I was more nervous than she. She went in to rushing begrudgingly but is so glad she is. She is having so much fun and had a blast both days of first round. Depending on how many invites she got, it could be really late when she finished up or it could be early if she only has a few. She prefered not to have a ton but I do hope they are one she likes. She is a clean slate going into rush and knows nothing of the houses except what she is seeing first hand. She doesn't do message boards so she's not aware of this site. I came here because I was googling to find out about the houses after she gave me feedback Wednesday. I do not want to influence her decisions at all. It has to be her fit.
I am eager to hear who she visited today and how she clusters/ranks them tonight.

She is a legacy though our grandmother who graduated in 1956 from Oklahoma A&M but she herself knows nothing of the houses.

What is the maximum amount of parties on 2nd round? My friend is going through and I can't remember what she told me.

10 was the most parties you could have. I thought it was 9 (going by the info email we received) but it was 10. She got invited to 10. Saturday is 7 max.
She did not get invited back to GPhi, whom she really, really liked and was her #1 and she thought they liked her in return. She was wistful but was not sad. She had a full schedule and still some she really liked.
She didn't click as much today with Theta, but she still clustered them and would like to go back today. Her top choices going into today though are. in preference order

Tie: Kappa/Alpha chi
Theta
I don't remember who she said for #5 & #6
It was a very long day. It was about 10 when she called, walking back to her dorm and they had a 10:15 meeting. She was so tired, she began to cry a little and her feet had blisters (forgot the flip flops to wear between parties). But she was happy.

I love this! You've made a positive thread on Greek rank! Remember, even if dropped, you can't worry about it. She may never know what happened, and it will never matter. It wasn't the house for her. Please keep letting us know what happens.

Good for her. I actually went with a house I didn't really click with until the 3rd day and then I knew that was where I was supposed to be.

Agree! Back before it was computerized and you received invites, I cried when a house I was going to let go anyway didn't invite me back.

Thanks everyone for your kind wishes. I realize this isn't really a chat forum and I appreciate you letting me tell her story (saga). She's really having a positive and personal growth experience and it's cool to witness. And it helps to calm my nerves!!!
The events don't end til nearly 8, so I don't know what time I'll talk to her. There will be a meeting somewhere in there after cluster/ranking, to brief them on tomorrow.
