At Oklahoma State here is the real ranking despite what others say:
1. YOU are Greek
2. YOU are not Greek
If you are going thru recruitment next week and are looking at this discussion board for insight this post is for you.
1. Your ranking is the only one that counts. Every house has awkward girls and every house has a prom queen. Some houses are just better at hiding the girls that they don't want you to meet than other houses.
2. Once you have gone thru recruitment there are two reasons that will get you kicked out of a sorority. The first reason is grades. If you don't make your grades after a couple of semesters then you will get kicked out. So before you pick that party house remember that they will kick you out if you don't make your grades.
3. If you can not pay your bills you will get kicked out. Here is a rank of the costs of each house per the panhellenic website. (per year)

4. If you can not sing - don't pick a house that expects you to sing on
Broadway.
5. If you are not a Kardashian then don't pick a house that requires you to have a makeup artist and designer clothes.

Ok, checked on the website. The costs you listed are if you are living in the house. Living outside the house is quite a bit less.

Just remember that the prices listed might include different things. Some houses might have dues in addition, some might include dues. There are a million little expenses that might or might not be included. So don't expect this to be the total.

Next week after recruitment is over just remember that the only thing that is important from this process is whether you are greek or not. The only TOP House is the one that you chose to belong too.
Pick the house that has a sister who will give you a ride home in the middle of the night. Pick the house that has a sister who will buy you a 7 up when you are sick. Pick the house that has a sister that will sit by you in class - not one that acts like she has never seen you before in her life.
Hang in there it is almost over and the next chapter is about to begin!

Why isn't this information published in the Panhellenic recruitment booklet? It's only under chapters on the website. Alpha Xi isn't even published. What is their cost since they are new?
