by: --You all can say I am a Pi phi or a Theta, but I swear I am a dude. I just don't get why people say PI phi and theta aren't near the top.. How are they not among the top 3-4 houses on campus?

Both houses have struggled to get the girls that all the top houses want. It isn't an opinion, it's just a fact. And ZTA doesn't get any no matter how many times they post on this site that they're better than Pi Phi. They're not. The houses that do the best are Chi O then GPhi, then Kappa. I guess Theta and Pi Phi are after those houses, but there is a big drop after the top 3.
