THIS IS IN NO ORDER JUST BY TIERS
Top: chi o g phi theta kappa Pi phi
Middle: KD AXO zeta phi Mu
Lower: DDD AOPi, ADpi AZD

Agree. Zeta is better than PiPhi. Even if you don't think Zeta is top tier... PiPhi is most definitely NOT top tier.
