Why is OSU sorority recruitment so early?

Why not? Do you not like the dates for some reason? All the before-school recruitment schools start early. Not very many have recruitment after school starts.

Well OU's is like a week later and so are other schools In other states. It just seems weird that we have to return so early.

OU begins classes on the 24th. OSU begins classes on the 17th.

It is because OSUs Greek life is so large that each round to get all girls through takes so long. Also they don't want to cut anyones experience for welcome week (for freshmen especially) so they put it the week before.

Because their classes begin Aug. 17. Welcome week for incoming freshman is a few days before that so rush has to be even before that.
Why are you posting on an OSU thread if you don't know this? Obviously don't go to OSU, which means you have a pathetic life.
