I would say everyone hates Pi Phi once they get a bid from them and sees the truth behind that house.

Obviously written by a PBP. No one goes in to recruitment begging to be a PiPhi in fact quite the opposite. The girls they end up with are the ones that got let go by top houses.

I'd say there are quite a few Pi Phis that had that as their only option and have made the best of it. The ones that are the most dissatisfied are ones that turned down top houses for Pi Phi. They have a high attrition rate because so many girls are unhappy because their sisters are not very nice or welcoming to them. I have some insight into this because of my roommate and best friend from high school who preffed Pi Phi over G Phi and Kappa. She lasted a very unhappy freshmen year then transferred and went alum because she didn't want to live with the Pi Phis. They just made her too unhappy.
