by: incomingive been talking to a couple of delts and they seem like good guys but all the hate on here is making me have second thoughts about them. Could yall elaborate on why their bottom house

Im not a delt but I know a few. Delt was a bad house 5-15 years ago and they have been coming back strong recently. People still hate on them because they were previously not great. But in the last few years they have been getting much better very quickly. They have a great house and good alumni support. I would personally rather go delt than quite a few of the other houses on campus.

As a member of another fraternity I strongly recommend going with your gut. People on this site are almost always biased and give other people a bad name since it it anonymous. If you like they guys that you have met I would consider them if I were you. They did used to be a bad house Bc they got in trouble like 15 years ago, but they have definitely grown a lot and do not deserve the hate that this site gives them.
