No one gave the numbers!!! I was merely correcting someones lie. I was there and they were one of the three top in return rates. That's a fact!

Wow how dramatic the below comment is. Kappa is doing great and has great girls. The only things Kappa has worked on are internal things that go with their bylaws. Stop making it sound like they were terrible and have had to work through a bunch of things because thats a lie. Kappa is a great house and one of the most desired. They have high standards and their Nationals makes sure it stays that way. High quality group of girls!

You misintrepreted everything i said. I didn't mean to make it seem like Kappas were so bad and had a bad time, frankly from what i have heard they have come out like rockstars with this. They were awesome before and awesome now. sheesh sorry

All the houses at OSU are great. We have one of the strongest Fraternity and Sorority systems in the nation but if I had to list the Top five in no order it would be ( Pi phi, Chi O, G Phi, Theta, KD). But all the others are incredibly strong and have excellent sisterhoods.

Yeah I agree....you're clearly a KD. Yall have such a great house that everyone respects, don't bring it down by lying on here.

Kappa has a right to be in the top 5. They are more than deserving.

So everyone talks about return rates but how do they know? Every day each house gets their return rates but not any other house. These numbers are seen by the recruitment chair (sometimes their assistants) and the advisors. Since three are usually 5 or 6 people who see these numbers they always get leaked. Yes some people will "embellish" their numbers but I do know that Chi O, Pi Phi & Kappa always have the highest return rates for the first few days. The biggest cut day for all houses is skit day and this is the day that hurts Kappa the most. Pi Phi & Chi O have strong skits and Kappa not so much. But all three have really good return rates for bid day. Chi O rushes different type girls than the other 2 but Kappa and Pi Phi always compete for the same girls.
(BTW - I think Theta skit is just creepy! They also have a big cut day after skits but also bigger cuts than the other 3 other houses.) The 5 houses with the best return rates are - Pi Phi, Chi O, Kappa, Theta, G Phi.
