Totally agree. PiPhi is middle tier. Zeta and AXO are definitely higher than Phi Mu.

Switch zeta and ️Phi Mu, ️️phi mu is above AXO, better in grades, shows and they are known badly like axos are.

the ranking usually aren't that clear... some houses should be grouped together in clusters cause they are on the same level.
