beta/fiji

Is it harder to get a bid from beta or Fiji if you're gonna be a sophomore? Or is it just harder in general to get a bid from those houses?

Probably Beta because you have to have grades and activities. With Fiji you have to be known as a partier.

Okay I got good grades, well above a 3.0. I'm not really involved much in college right now so that's why I'm rushing. I was involved in high school more and was an athlete. Is that probably good enough?

Beta considers those factors when rushing but it really all comes down to whether or not you're enjoyable to hang out with. If you go to some rush events and have a good time with the guys who are rushing you along with the guys you're being rushed with, you can get a bid.
