by: StudentHonestly every theta I know is rude and stuck up for no reason. They complain about everything and look down upon other sororities/fraternities and people who aren't them in general. They pretend to have money which is just sad, it doesn't matter if you do or not. I don't know why this is considered a top house because they are the meanest, cattiest, sorority star wannabe house there is.

I'd say this is true for Kappa, Pi Phi, and Theta. All of those houses have had trouble recruiting and all of them are not as strong as they were historically. Houses do gain and lose strength over the years. This is just a down time for those houses.
And I wouldn't consider KD to be anywhere as strong as those houses. I'd put Chi O at the top with Gamma Phi. Next I'd put Kappa, Pi Phi, and Theta, then after those, maybe KD. But they're just not nearly as strong as the ones above them.

I think you mean Pi Phi. Theya is still decent along with CHio, GPB, Kappa, and KD. Several mids are also doing great as are the bottoms. PBP is the only one living in the past.
