PNM's beware during recruitment of any house that talks poorly of another house. Top houses don't do that! They don't have to.

Oh, I forget, top house never do anything wrong.

I don't think AND is saying that houses don't make mistakes! They are saying that top houses DON"T talk bad about another house during recruitment which was my experience during recruitment. There are some houses that tried to persuade me by talking about another house I was interested in. All that did is turn me off. There are negatives about EVERY house on campus! It is catty and mean to talk about another house to a pnm. Recruitment is for talking with pnm's about your own house, answering questions only about your own house, letting them get to know you and showing them around the house. It is not a houses job to turn a pnm away from another house. Recruitment is to let the pnm's make up their own mind where they feel they would fit in. True leaders don't talk about others and in my experience the top houses do not talk badly about other houses and I think it is because they don't have to. It really makes a house look bad when they do that.

I just wrote this on Pi Phi's wall and only Pi Phi's wall. Because it is meant for them because it is true! Stop copying comments onto other houses! .....That is such a lie! Pi Phi got in trouble for some of their girls smoking weed during a ski trip with Sigma Nu, the ambulance picked up a Pi Phi (not a girl from another top 5 house) from the date party and the pic of the girl sent to a guy and got passed around was a Pi Phi. Every house has girls that have girls that have made mistakes. Stop trying to make it look like these things are from another house.

I agree but in no order within tiers. For instance Chi O wasn't for me and I couldn't see myself in Theta (not because they're bad) so my favorites were Kappa, GPhi and Pi Phi. Everyone has different opinions/wants/personalities etc. That's why it's nice we have so many different options at OSU. All the houses are great and offer wonderful experiences for girls. The reason no one can decide what order within the tiers is because everyone is different. It's good that we aren't all the same and it's good that there are different choices. PNM's go with your heart open and don't listen to the lies because this website has been hi-jacked. You will have a great time, make life long friends and have wonderful memories in any of the houses.

I agree because I went through recruitment last fall and Gamma Phi and Kappa were the most popular. Also, there were a lot of girls that wanted Chi-O. Pi Phi was popular as well but Theta was the least popular. However, there were girls that wanted Theta because they knew girls in there or they were a legacy. It really does depend on the girl because everyone is different and comes from different back grounds etc. All the houses are great it just depends on what you like and where you see yourself.
