I agree except that Chi O is arguably the top house but a lot of girls don't really want Chi O, but the ones they want = they get. Theta is still having some problems so I think they're last.
I'd say of the top five it's like this:

Chi O -- if you're the type that likes Chi O
Kappa, G Phi, Pi Phi - most popular
Theta --still top 5

Based on greades, involvment, shows, and homecoming its:
Chi o, Pi Phi, Theta - most popular
Kappa Kappa Gamma and
G Phi last.

1. it's grades.
2. you're obviously a Theta, everyone knows that they are least desired of the top 5
3. If you're basing it on grades, involvement, shows and homecoming then you can't possibly rank them-they all excel at different things.

yeah, you're a Theta. Actually Theta is the least desirable of the top 5 houses. They started getting worse PCs after the hazing and have never recovered. Chi O does take a certain type of girl, but Pi Phi, G Phi, and Kappa are the most popular and have the best return rates. Theta can't really compete with them.

this is crazy but I definitely agree that the least favorite of the top 5 is G Phi. All the other houses have their good and bad areas.

In my opinion top 5 is Chi O, Kappa, Theta, Pi Phi and KD in no particular order. G Phi is not a desirable house and hasn't been for the last few years. I went through rush last year and noone I know wanted G Phi. Look at last years pledge class and you can see for yourself!
