I hope they do well. I also hope you find a nice home there or somewhere else.

You need to worry about where you fit in and feel comfortable. That is what is important.

And with an attitude like yours, you better hope that ANY house wants you. Joining a sorority is not just about what "tier" you are.

AXD will do fine on campus. No sorority leaves a campus because of nationals. (They get kicked from a campus but they don't leave willingly). You have two options from what I hear, one is to be at the start of something new and be able to start a great house, two is to join another fantastic house on campus that has their own rituals and secrets that make it grand. Both places you will succeed but it is your choice on which you choose.

I think AXiD will take a lot of time to move up in ranking because right now they're at the bottom with nothing to base a ranking on. It'll take years for them to really settle in and by that time, you will already have graduated. There are fantastic houses out there that have these set traditions already if you want the true sorority experience, just pick the house that you feel the most comfortable at, that's what I did, and I love where I ended up.

Im honestly impressed with them. Me and my sisters have been watching them and they have a lot of potential. While they still have some ways to go, I am interested in seeing what they do next year.

My best friend is in alpha xi and they have their installation and first initiation this weekend! I think they're gonna do great!
