rush question

I depledged my fraternity because I was not meshing well with the other guys and I did not approve of some of their values. I was also planning on transferring due to some changes in my career plans. Now I have realized that I may be able to do what I need to here at OSU. I was wondering am I free to pledge a fraternity in the spring, or do I have to wait until next fall to rush again? If I have to wait until next year, is it harder for a sophomore to get a bid? I have solid grades and I feel like I get along with well with most people.
