Where do you buy those dresses that girls wear to date parties? They're short and look like dancer dresses or something. Usually black. satin. Spaghetti straps. Tight up top and flares at the waist.

Depending on how much time you have you could order online... Amazon, prom girl, jovani, etc. Otherwise try Dillard's, Macy's, Serendipity Prom in OKC... You can order online there too.
