perfect rush

Are there any girls that go through recruitment and have a "perfect rush"... As in- they don't get cut by any houses at all?

I'm still confused how guys know which house to Rush? How do you choose? How long does it take? Do you visit all the houses?

You go to all the houses, meet the girls, then rate your choices. The houses also rate the girls they met. Then a computer decides which invitations you get the next day. Each day is a longer visit and you figure out which one you like the most.
