If you decide the fraternity you have joined is not the place for you are you able to pledge another in the spring, or are you blacklisted?

I'd try and give it a couple more weeks and if you don't like it you can simply drop and join another fraternity. However if you wait till you're a member to do this you will not be allowed to join a different house.
