Most houses will be doing COB. The only houses who made quota were Pi Phi, Chi O, and ADPi.

This is not true. Quota was 59, and most houses gave and had over 60 bids accepted. Of course, we all know some girls will not stay, can't afford, or it just doesn't work. In my opinion (and I know this means nothing), all houses will participate in COB, mostly in the spring.

find it funny that someone seems to think that only Pi Phi, Chi O & ADPi made quota! I'm pretty sure all houses made quota but some houses will go through COR for many different reasons. AXiD only participated in round 1 of recruitment so they will for sure do COR. No house can extend a bid to anyone until after AXiD finishes their COR.

when there is a colonization, COB is suspended for a period of time

I think COB is suspended the first 3 weeks of school so that AZD can get girls
