selectivity

by:

I'm going to make a ranking based on the how selective houses tend to be able to be during recruitment. There's no ranking within just a few tiers based solely on selectivity during recruitment.

Extremely Selective: XO GPB PBP
Pretty Selective: KAT KKG
Selective: KD AXO ZTA PM
Not Very Selective: ADPi AOPi DDD

Gamma phi should definitely belong in the selective spot. They don't care about grades as much or shows. Just pretty girls honestly.
Chi O, Pi Phi, Kappa, Theta are usually the most selective!

So Kappa is more selective on grades or shows than gamma phi? Haha I mean I could see maybe moving Theta up but if g phi needs to be moved down for those reasons then kappa can't move up. Also, being selective has more to do with how PNMs see chapters than what the actual chapter has or values and that's why I put gphi in the first category but I could see your argument to move them down.

Reality is which houses the PNMs want to go back to. If you look at return rates the top two are XO and GPB which are about even. Next is PBP, then KAT and KKG which are also about even.

After that, there is more of a drop and AXO, ZTA, and KD are about even. Then PM and ADP. AOII hasn't really had a chance yet to show what they've got, so I'd put them at the end with DDD.

This is a realistic way to look at rankings. Every girl loves her house for the reasons that she chose that house. The only way you can really rank them is by which ones PNMs want the most.
