KD/ZTA/AXO/GPHI are even.

Note: Based on looks alone, the entire "Top Tier" isnt much different than the "Mid Tier".

This is an accurate ranking. Phi Mu has really nice, genuine girls but they are not mid tier. They aren't as competitive and a little below ADPi in the lower tier. Still a great house despite the "ranking".

Sorry but it isn't true. Gphi is much more desirable than KD, ZTA, or AXO. At least that's what pnms think and girls that go here think. Don't know who you are, but ya got it wrong

Looking at all the houses on campus and comparing the bid day photos,there doesn’t seem to be much difference among the houses despite the alleged rankings.

There are women of every kind in every house. The ranking is skewed because there is NO one house or group of houses that are "Top" because of looks or appearance. Top and mid are pretty interchangeable.
