by: osuCan we all agree that Kappa is a bottom tier house now? They have a few cute girls but everything else is just low quality. There are several bottom tier groups I'd rather hang out with than Kappa

Adpi has done a lot but girls will never prefer them to Kappa or Theta if they're from OK because they just don't have the reputation.

I would definitely say ADPI is becoming a more desirable house. I mean have you seen their last 2 pledge classes? DAMN THEY FINE! not to mention they also have great personalities to match their beauty

This is embarrassing to read. Theta and kappa are doing just fine. Pi phi on the other hand... what have they done, honestly? Theta is slipping a bit because of their lack of participation in fraternity philanthropies.. kappa slipped in grades second semester, but usually do pretty well and make ASA. Theta is strong in grades and shows, and they both have seriously awesome girls! Stop hating. You all know Kappa and Theta are middle-top.

This is true ^^^ Theta has some strange girls and Kappa relies on their past, both haven't done anything recently so I'm having a hard time figuring out why people think they're good?
