fraternity rush

I'm an incoming freshman from Texas, and I have several fraternity's contacting me in regards to rush. Are there any houses I should avoid entirely? Or houses I should go for more than others? Thanks.

Only houses to avoid entirely- KA, Delt, Phi Tau, ATO, and maybe Phi Delt because they're in trouble.

Houses with the most Texas guys- SAE, Kappa Sig, and Sigma Chi.

Houses to avoid- No matter what avoid Delt, Phi Tau, Pike, KA, ATO, and Phi Delt (Phi delt is ok but are in trouble.)

Myself and the sisters in my sorority who I hang out with the most don't like SAE or Sig Ep, but I know people who do like them.

The houses with the most Texas guys are- SAE, Kappa Sig, and Sigma Chi.
