Upper Bottom: Zeta, AOII
Bottom: Tri Delt, AZiD
All house have great girls and bad girls, this is just a popular opinion.

Take a look at the OKState Panhellenic instagram. There are a mix of all different types of girls in EVERY house. All sizes, all level of attractiveness, etc,. The tiers may be drastic at other schools but not at OSU.

I’m not sure why we are ranking houses still. All of them have beautiful girls, inside and out. What’s crazy is, if people didn’t worry about “ranks” and took the bid they were offered there would be 13 equally amazing houses. But the middle school popularity vibe is strong here. As someone in a “top house”, I can promise you that outside of my sisterhood no one is friends with me based on the letters I wear. And I could care less what house anyone else is in. That is truly how most people feel. And people who post this really don’t know. PTK has been and always will be three of the most desired houses with some of the top PNM rankings every day. So you can’t even trust these unnecessary posts anyway.
PNM’s - Trust the process. It’s better to be at a house that consistently ranks you top and invites you back than one that doesn’t. Every single house has amazing girls and makes the best memories together. And truly, no one cares what house you are in. High school popularity isn’t a thing here. Find the place you can be yourself!

You ask why are we ranking houses and then go on to say “PTK has been and always will be three of the most desired houses “. This is 100% a mom post. And no, those are not the Top 3 houses since we’re not ranking.

Agree 3 tiers but,
XO, GPhiB, KD, KKG, PiPhi, Theta (Any order)
AXO, ZTA, PhiMu, ADPi, AOPi (This order)
DDD, AXiD (This order)
The TOP 6 compete in grades & shows every year and always place in the top 5 in them.
The Top 6 are always paired with the Top 5/6 frats for HoCo & shows. It is what it is.

The last Panhellenic grade report online is Spring 23
Top 5 in grades
1. PiPhi
2. Theta
3. XO
4. Kappa
5. KD
These 5 also pair with the top 5/6 frats in HoCo, Spring Sing, Follies, & Varsity Revue.
GPhi was 7 in grades… but guys like them.
So maybe GPhi is in the 2nd tier, but the top 5 is the top 5. You may want to check the grade rankings or post the newest ones that YOU may know, this is what is on the Panhellenic site at OSU.

I’d go with Students ranking.
There are 6 Top houses
PiPhi, Kappa, KD, GPhi, XO, & Theta (houses most girls want & guys want to pair with)
These houses are always paired with the Top 6 frats in HoCo, Follies, VR & Spring Sing.
And all the sororities have at least a GPA avg above 3.2… which is good.
With ZTA, AXO… mid then ADPi, Phi Mu, & AOPi (with AXO having beautiful, fun girls… grades not so much)

You could basically take the top half and make them the same tier. Most of the Top half are pretty interchangeable. All great houses regardless of the “ranking”.

Except that I'd rank Gphi as a top house regardless of grades and KD isn't a top house in spite of grades. ChiO and Kappa are definitely, also PiPhi and Theta are top houses.

gphi
mid in grades (maybe #7)
shows - not winners, but the best frats always want to
partner with them because they're beautiful and fun
which puts them in the top
involvement - involved in everything and as for partners
see above
connections - girls (pnms) love them and their return rates
are phenomenal
I'm not A Gphi but my house always gets harangued by our advisors because gphi is hard to recruit against that means they're a top house
