living in sorority house

Are there any sororities that don't require you to live in house? I'm looking forward to recruitment in August but am hoping to live in an apartment after my freshman year. I don't know if I could handle living in a sorority house with so little privacy

all of them require you to live in... but it's fun. Live in an apt when you are old.

Do any of them have suite style rooms//not hallway baths? I specifically chose to not do a communal style residence hall for freshman year & don't want to go backward from freshman to sophomore year

Every chapter is different but as long as there are enough girls who want to live in and the house is full, you should be able to choose if you want to live in or not. There are girls in my house who have never lived in.

All of them are different. My chapter doesnt require it but some chapters do and other chapters have the option of letting you live in house freshman year (not guaranteed). There are chapters who have community style bathrooms and others that have suite style. If you're rushing you'll learn more during the House Tour round of recruitment!
