I’m always seeing these houses be interchangeable. which one is better?? KD or ZTA?

They are even along with AXO.

AXO is also a great house, but probably below KD and ZTA. Solid mid-tier.

They are very similar. There are lovely girls in both houses. If you are worried about which house is better you are not cut out for either of them.
