How sororities did for recruitment
by: Hot take
This is insider recruitment info based on how many girls prefed what house. Top is the most preffed houses and bottom is least
Top: pi phi, kappa, chi o, zeta, kd
(These were the houses that had the highest returning rates. Also from new members, these were the houses with the most tears shed from pnms. Zeta and kd doesn’t usually come this high but they had a stellar recruitment this year)
Middle: g phi, axo, adpi, phi mu
Bottom: theta(snap bids), axid, aopi, tri delt

Wait what did Panhellenic do I genuinely don’t know. I also don’t see the judgement of a house’s worth being based on them offering snap bids or participating in COB when it’s a known fact that all 13 houses qualified for COB last year but Theta and Pi Phi paid the fine to not partake. I also know both houses did offer snap bids this year and I don’t think that necessarily reduces the houses worth but just confused because that means all 13 houses have qualified for COB at some point and offered snap bids lol

Do some research on RFM and sorority recruitment. Then you will understand why some houses have to invite less women back than others each round.
And why the better your chapter's return rate the year prior the more likely you will need to snap bid. (Due to being extremely limited on total number of women you are alllowed to invite to pref, it is very easy to wind up a few short on bid day )

COB does not mean you didn’t have a max PC. A house can COB to fill spots of grads, study abroad, etc.
