All rows are pretty equal! Coming from someone not in the top row, everyone except PTK thinks that chi o is a top house. Zeta after kd bc people are saying gphi is going down due to bad retention rate and mean girls. They do have some lovely girls and a beautiful house tho! Zeta and KD is also known for good sisterhood and and being smart. ADpi has super nice girls and a beautiful house! Tri delt girls are super nice and have good sisterhood!
