gamma phi beta

im being so serious when i say what is going on in gamma phi beta. every single year we see g phi get large pledge classes of cute girls who seem to be happy on bid day then boom their pledge class is half the size it initially was before we can make it to thanksgiving break

This isn't true. G Phi is one of the top recruiting houses because girls want to join their sisterhood.

Those focused on retention rate are going off one bad year. The bad apples are gone. GPhi is a desirable house.
