sig ep is not a top fraternity. Switch sigma chi and sig ep and then the frats would be right... beta could be top or mid depending on who you ask, but no one outside of sig ep would tell you its a top house

Also switch farmhouse and pike.
To rush farmhouse you have to actually be a decent person and intelligent, to rush pike you literally just have to exist and sign up to rush.
