If you look at the houses that girls want during recruitment, you're right GPB is pretty much the one to beat. My complaint is that the girls are pretty much the best liked house after recruitment too. They choose a big variety of girls and they don't look all cookie cutter like my house and some of the other ones do. For some people, it is irritating to see a house that you can't pin down as blonde, or smart, or wild, or girl next door. Those girls have it all and I wish I'd marked my last card differently. I think I would have been happier.

Hey look it’s Gphi and Theta fighting in the comments over which house is doing worse right now!
Here’s the Real Rankings (based on where the houses will be in 5 years; NOT on awards)
Pi Phi- they got money and they know how to use it but they do be doing some wack stuff over there (SNU of Campus for sororities)
KD- they know how to market that “good Christian girl vibe” they will have a good rush bc of that
Kappa- such a good house but toxic #AF
ADPI- i know that realistically this is way to high up but they are the only house that i know of that is on the rise actually. Probs due to house but the girls just seemed nice
Zeta: nice girls but clearly falling due to living in a old house. Gphi- on the rise but the house be toxic because of that 5,000$ bid day contact; also paired with beta for homecoming (beta=not good at pomping)
Theta: technically a good house but also the most toxic on campus by far- girls try to drop but just go inactive since theta can afford “fake members”. #stayaway
Chi O?- don’t even get me started- the worst of them all
I know there’s more but I’m not even gonna bother…

GPHI is good during rush but after that they don’t have the best rep
