Phi Mu giving bids to anyone?

Did you guys hear that phi mu is basically throwing a COB bid to every girl that applies? I know y’all are struggling but have some standards. Y’all really didn’t learn after last years PC??? Maybe if y’all had a better retention rate life would be better, heck I would rather be an Alpha Xi Delta than a Phi Mu at this moment
