If you are talking about the physical house, I vote G Phi. What I remember is the stair case with their letters on it.

Nicest house, physically, is hands down ADPi. Their new house is amazing inside & out.

Best overall is probably adpi. KD has the best outside landscaping. Zeta and Pi phi have the most unique looking houses. Tri delt has the nicest looking patio/outdoor area. AOPi just looks like a frat house. G phi also looks very nice on the inside & outside!
