Hey, I was wondering if anyone could give me the scoop on the following house because I want to spring rush and this is the only house left... I heard Phi Tau was a really good top house, but I do not know that well. Any thoughts?

Yes Oklahoma state university. There a tons of rankings on here that are pretty accurate. The one I agree with the most is
