This site IS NOT ACCURATE AT ALL!! It also doesn't matter. ranking houses is pathetic, all houses are great in their own ways, all houses are unique. Don't let what anyone says or any ranking influence your decision. you should be looking for a house that you connect with, feel comfortable, and have similar values with. Do not let anyone influence your recruitment experience.

Panhellenic is pretty close knit and everyone likes each other regardless of what house they're in. Ranking is for recruitment only. After that it completely doesn't matter.
