I'm ranking into 4 tiers (3 in each) just bc that seems logical to me. Some of these houses could really move around within their tiers and others need to stay at the bottom or top of their tier so this is pretty general. Just an opinion of the rankings at this time.

The reason I put them into 4 tiers is because the PNMs cut in sets of threes during recruitment. I just kind of did a top upper middle lower middle and bottom. That is just how I've always thought of it with 12 houses. Sorry, didn't know there was a right way to do it.
