Snu has been on a steady decline with worsening PC’s and not the best rep.. i wouldn’t say there is a clear cut #1 house at OSU but it would have to be a toss up between fiji/sig chi

It’s close but I’d say move down SAE and Pike. AGR is way better than pike is and SAE has died over the past couple of years.
