Not this again. This is STILL not correct no matter how many times you post it. Theta and Kappa arent number 1 and 2, Pi Phi isn't in the top tier, Phi Mu is below ZTA...and AOPi is above ADPi.

Theta is not #1 other than being the oldest house on campus.
ChiO beat out Theta in grades.
PiPhi is not top tier.
Kappa is very similar to KD/ZTA/Phi Mu.
Phi Mu is not above KD/ZTA. The closest you could get would be to rank KD/ZTA/PhiMu equal.

- GPhi isnt a top house. Sadly they lost an enormous amount of women from PC20. Retension is a huge issue.
- AXO is ALSO struggling with retention.

All the houses I know about are having troubles with retention from PC20. People are blaming the pandemic, not the individual houses.
