I am not bothering with tiers that much really just where I see the houses stand. Some houses that are in similar standing are very different in culture,but similar in popularity and social standing. This takes in account Hoco, shows, parties.
Sigma Nu/Fiji
Beta
SAE/SigEp
FH/Ksig
AGR/Sigma Chi/ Phi Delt
Pike/ATO
KA
Phi Tau/Delt

Agree on this mostly.
Sigma Nu and Fiji are pretty different but I think they are pretty similar as well. I would honestly move Beta up here with them.
I would move Sig Ep right below.
I think SAE, Kappa Sig, and Farmhouse should be together underneath Sig Ep. Kappa Sig and SAE aren't too different, they are both the exact opposite of Farmhouse.
AGR Simga Chi and Phi Delt belong where they are.
Add Lambda Chi with Pike and ATO.
Move KA with Delt and Phi Tau, all 3 are irrelevant houses.
So
Sigma Nu/Fiji/Beta
Sig Ep
FH/KSig/SAE
AGR/Sigma Chi/ Phi Delt
Lambda Chi/Pike/ ATO
KA/Delt/ Phi Tau
