by: stillyokay...first off let me just say that Theta and KD are in no way top houses... they haven't been in years, and won't be any time soon! Theta is above KD for sure, but none are top tier. Chi O is the most diverse sorority out there because all they do is study and no partying or social life. Therefore, Pi Phi Gphi and Kappa are top. I would say those 3 are everyone's favorites. The rest are all jumbled together.

I never said Chi O was not a top house! They are just hard to compared to the others because they are so different in the way they socialize. Not a bad thing, but I think that they do think they are always superior to everyone, when really, that isn't that case at all.

I'll say that Chi O is the top house. There are lots of top girls that don't want that restrictive of a house though. I'd say that those top girls go to GPB and KKG. Pi Phi is on here a lot but I don't think they're maybe quite as good. I think Theta is after them. As far as KD goes, I don't think they're a top house because they don't get top girls. Now they do pretty well motivating their girls to do well in hoco, shows, etc. I'd put them with AXO and maybe ZTA.
