Well KD pobably will. Chi O probably not unless they graduated a lot of girls early. But as to the bottom house comment, neither are bottom houses. Chi O is the top house and KD is low middle.

Ok the big question I have is what in the world makes chi o top house! What have they done this year and as far as a good pledge class goes I don't see it! I'm not bashing them at all I just don't see what makes them a top house. I have friends there and a few aren't to happy with them , they closet drink more then anyone so other then grades what makes them a top house? I am a 4.00 student and not a chi o so that doesn't mean that other houses don't have smart girls. And y'all are saying pi phi is #3 what the heck have they done? Horrible pledge class this year also. Horrible on looks and a few with eating disorders. And as far as KD goes they win one thing and think they are top house. Sorry but the last time I checked y'all were toward the bottom and still are. Winning homecoming doesn't make you top house. Everyone needs to realize that things change year to year and the #1,2, or 3 house doesn't stay there forever. Every house at Osu has good and not so good girls do everone needs to quit judging and thinking your house is on top .

Chi Omega, is in no way a top house.

sororities do not typically announce if they are doing spring recruitment until the spring semester. top houses and bottom houses alike do spring recruitment- it just depends on how many graduate early/leave/they need to make quota.

gamma phi, theta, kd, and I believe pi phi are "top houses" that have done spring recruitment (COR) in the past few years

it doesn't matter the rank of the sorority- top tier middle tier or bottom tier- to do COR, it varies every single year.

also everyone is entitled to a different opinion regarding top houses, some base it off looks, some base it off grades or shows, others take into account all the factors. there are good and bad girls in every house.

however, "well"'s comment does speak a lot of truth regarding how one achieves the top house reputation, but again, opinions vary.
the most typical rankings/stereotypes say:
if you go off grades- chi o, pi phi, theta.
if you go off shows- theta, chi o, kd.
if you go off hoco- chi o, gphi, theta/kd.
if you go off looks- gphi, pi phi, theta.

it really just depends how you look at it.

this is a question about COR not another rankings post. does ANYONE have ANY IDEA as to who might be doing COR this semester?

no. Call student life and put your name on a list or tell your friends in a house that if they do spring rush you're interested.

The best way to find this out is to register for spring COB with Office of F&SA then see who contacts you. All the houses that do it will then have events, if none of the houses you prefer have events then you don't have to go to any. If you're wondering I would definitely just register once semester starts then go from there
