A guys viewpoint on attractiveness of a house in order:
1. Gphi
2. Pi Phi
3. AXO
4. Zeta
5. Kappa
5. Theta
6. KD
7. Chi O
8. Phi Mu (There new pledge class is hot)
9. Adpi
10. Aopi
11. Tri Delt
It was tough between Gphi and Pi phi and Zeta and kappa.

I agree with the OP myself. Zeta is an attractive house for sure. All the middle tier houses are. (Less KD than the others)

I thought thetas last pledge class was really attractive I think they should be ranked a little higher but I also think theyre kinda like chi o, more accomplished all around and are a top house based on other things than looks but I still think the thetas are pretty attractive

As a guy this is the current state of hotness at OSU. With their strongest PC (or PCs)
Gphi ('11 '12'13)
Kappa ('11 '12)
PiPhi ('10 '11)
AXO ('11 '12)
Zeta ('11 '12)
Theta (10 '11)
KD ('12 '13)
Chi Omega (A few pretty girls in '12)
Phi Mu ('13 sadly '11 and '12 bring this house down. Close to passing CHi O)
ADPI ('13)
Tri Delt ('12)
AOPI (I don't know attractive AOPIs, not saying they don't exist)

Yeah you might think that's a little weird, but I'll explain. AXO might not be the best house but they have a lot of extremely attractive party girls that a lot of guys find very attractive. Thetas older members are really hot and they still have a lot of attractive girls but their looks have gone down a lot as a whole. As for kappa a lot of gems but a lot of them are just eh. Guys find zeta's attractive, I know a lot of sororities don't agree. But they are consistent.
