I’m confused. A few comments are saying KDs are posting these ranks themselves. If so, they’re ranking themself 6 or 7. That’s not unrealistic? If they were posting these ranks themselves, wouldn’t they rank themselves top 5? Stop trying to tear a house down for no reason. KD is a good, solid house.

Thanks for you good thoughts but I'm just being honest. You wouldn't want random people lying about how great KD is and then girls dropping out when it turns out to be not so great, right?

Except KD has one of the top retention rates in Panhellenic? With Chi O, Kappa, and Pi Phi I believe (correct me if I’m wrong) No one here is lying, you’re just bitter. Can’t tell if you’re a guy or a girl, but either way, your opinion truly does not matter. KD is upper mid tier, tied with Zeta. Pretty sure everyone agrees with that.

I don't know who you're talking to, but Zeta isn't a top house either at OSU. Maybe you're on the wrong OSU (Oregon? Ohio?) but here KD and Zeta are middle houses at best. Hate to jump in, but you're kind of proving the point of the person above who says be honest or girls will drop. If you say KD is a top house and girls choose it with that expectation, they're going to drop. Congratulations for being honest in the past and getting girls that take 4 years to go through and stick with KD for those 4 years. If you try to pretend to be something you're not, you won't have that record long.

Hate to jump in, but you don’t see to have any reading comprehension skills whatsoever. No one implied KD or Zeta was a top house. They are middle tier, like you just said, except they sit higher upper in the middle tier. Without a doubt, they excel in far more areas than other middle tier houses (Phi Mu, AXO). Please, you’re in college, develop some reading comprehension skills.

Chi O, G Phi, Theta, Kappa, Pi Phi ---------> in no order! Girls are different and different houses appeal to different girls but these houses get the top girls that go through year after year
